Find Your Place at Whole Child Behavioral Interventions
Bring your passion for helping children and families to a team that puts quality care, meaningful connections, and individualized support first.
More Than a Job. A Place to Call Your ABA Home.
At Whole Child Behavioral Interventions (WCBI), we believe meaningful progress begins with compassionate, individualized care. Since 2014, we have remained committed to providing high-quality ABA services while maintaining the personal approach that makes our organization special.
We are always looking for qualified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are passionate about their work and looking for a new ABA home. If you value working with children and families, appreciate a quality-focused approach, and want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those you serve, we would love to hear from you.
We believe in finding the right people who share our commitment to helping every child learn, communicate, and thrive.

Meaningful Work, Right in Your Community.
Our team supports children and families across Central and Coastal North Carolina. We are always interested in connecting with qualified RBTs who are looking to grow their careers and make a difference in the communities we serve.
Central Region
Central North Carolina
Our Hillsborough clinic serves as the home base for families throughout the Triangle and Piedmont Triad. Services are delivered in homes, preschools, community settings, and at our clinic, depending on the family’s needs and the service provided.
Coastal Region
Coastal North Carolina
Our clinicians serve families throughout Onslow County, with an expanding presence near Cherry Point.
If you are an RBT in one of these communities, we encourage you to reach out. If you live nearby but don’t see your location listed, we would still love to hear from you.
Are You the Right Fit for Our Team?
We are always accepting resumes from qualified RBTs who share our commitment to compassionate, evidence-based ABA services.
We would love to connect with professionals who:
- Hold the appropriate RBT credential and meet applicable requirements for the role.

- Value individualized care and meaningful progress over a one-size-fits-all approach
- Are committed to professional growth, collaboration, and quality service.
